From AI Consulting to Productive AI Solution.

The firm handles debt collection cases for an energy supplier. Every instruction arrives by email with consumption data, invoices and correspondence. From that, a clerk had to build the statement of claim by hand and transfer the claims into the practice management software: many similar cases, each handled individually.

We built a pipeline that monitors the mailbox, reads the documents, selects the matching claim template and produces the draft statement of claim together with the data import for the practice software. It runs on a server inside the firm; the language model operates in a sovereign German cloud, contractually secured under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (professional secrecy).

In production since August 2026. An instruction becomes a review-ready draft within minutes; the lawyers check and file. The system monitors itself, flags only genuine exceptions and takes us a few hours of maintenance per quarter.

Engineers receive complex technical wiring harness drawings from clients daily. Each drawing had to be manually assessed for complexity — and a custom quote created based on that assessment. A process that took hours and required expert knowledge.

We optimized an AI model that extracts information from technical drawings — as the foundation for automated proposal generation.

What previously took hours per inquiry now runs in minutes. Recognition performance was significantly improved through optimized model architecture and precise training datasets. The system now serves as the foundation for further automations.
