Our website is hosted with AWS Amplify (Amazon Web Services). The provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL. Log data (IP address, timestamp) is collected to provide the site. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in stable operation (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

3. Contact & AI-Powered Email Processing

When you contact us via email, your details are stored to process the request. To increase our efficiency, we use automated systems for analyzing and preparing draft responses. For this, we use Microsoft Azure OpenAI. Processing takes place in a secure cloud environment within the EU. According to Microsoft, your data is not used to train global AI models. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

4. Google Analytics

If you provide your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited. This collects data about your use of our website (e.g., pages viewed, duration of visit). We use IP anonymization. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

5. Third-Party Services (YouTube, Cal.com)

We integrate third-party services to expand functionality:

  • YouTube: We embed YouTube videos in enhanced privacy mode. Data transfer to Google only occurs after your consent or upon playback.
  • Cal.com: We use Cal.com for appointment booking. When you book an appointment, the data for organization is transferred directly to Cal.com. We have concluded a data processing agreement.
